Who operates the store
Tao Insight is a trade name for an individual creator based in mainland China. Checkout remains closed while payment onboarding and operational information are being completed. Privacy requests: 278254365@qq.com.
Information used
We use account information, order details and support messages to provide the store and fulfil purchases. Physical orders require shipping details. Digital download permissions are linked to your account. Account data is shared across our two stores to provide a common login; each store keeps its own orders.
Payment providers
Payment details are processed by Paddle for digital goods and PayPal for physical goods when those services are enabled. We keep payment reference IDs and transaction status, not complete card numbers. The providers process information under their own privacy notices.
Cookies and optional measurement
Essential cookies support login, carts and security. Optional first-party measurement is off by default and requires your choice. When allowed, it records a hashed session identifier, day, store and campaign source, without names, email addresses or an IP address in the reporting table. Counts are approximate. Change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. No advertising pixel or third-party analytics is currently installed.
Retention and choices
Order records are retained as needed for fulfilment, accounting, disputes and applicable obligations. Optional session records are retained for up to 90 days. You may request access, correction or deletion by email. Records subject to required retention may remain. Do not submit identity documents through the storefront.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, restricted administration and protected digital downloads. No system can guarantee absolute security. We limit access according to operational roles.
